About the role
AFF is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Officer – Warehousing & Supply Chain to join our team in Narrabri, NSW. This role plays a critical part in commercial analysis, reporting and strategic support for the Warehousing & Supply Chain team, while helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The position also plays a key part in supporting projects, contract processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and distributing reports on warehousing and supply chain performance.
Assisting with commercial analysis of products and services.
Assisting with executive-level reporting.
Providing coordination and documentation support to the team.
Drafting, reviewing and tracking supplier customer contracts.
Maintaining accurate records and monitoring contract milestones.
Supporting the development and maintenance of SOPs and internal documentation.
Assisting with audits and compliance requirements.
Maintaining a strong safety and compliance culture, ensuring systems and processes are of the highest standard.

Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
Exposure to ERP or WMS systems.
Experience working with SOPs, contracts or quality documentation.
Background in supporting projects or continuous improvement initiatives.
