About the role
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Laser Bucket Driver to join our team at Togo Station, Narrabri, NSW. Reporting to the Farm Manager, you will be responsible for undertaking precision laser levelling operations to ensure optimal field efficiency. This role is vital to achieving high productivity and maintaining our irrigation infrastructure to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Operate laser bucket machinery to carry out field levelling and grading.
Ensure all work is completed to specification, maintaining accuracy and quality.
Conduct basic maintenance, safety checks and troubleshooting on machinery.
Work collaboratively with farm management and other team members to meet operational schedules.
Comply with all WHS requirements, policies and safe work practices.
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
You are an experienced machinery operator who takes pride in your work and thrives in an outdoor agricultural environment. You have a strong eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in laser levelling is preferred, but we welcome applications from candidates with strong machinery operation skills who are keen to learn.
